Remote Learning. Humanized.
At ÐÓ°ÉÔ°æ, we understand that your life is busy. You’ve decided you’re ready to advance your career through a graduate degree, but the thought of enrolling in a fully in-person graduate program might feel overwhelming. Perhaps you’ve researched online programs only to realize that you want something different. Something more personalized, more community-oriented, where you’re not just a name on a screen.
That is why we offer many of our graduate degrees in our HyFlex format. Designed specifically for busy working professionals, our HyFlex programs give you the flexibility you need without the isolation that often comes with a more traditional online format. With HyFlex, you’ll get to participate in live classroom lectures, dynamic group discussions and activities, and form a long-lasting bond with your peers and professors—all in a virtual format from the comfort and convenience of your home, office, or wherever you like to learn from.
HyFlex is the next step, the evolution of online learning. It is an invitation to participate. It’s remote learning. Humanized.

You won’t be stuck in the corner looking down on the class like a security camera. Instead, you’ll have a dynamic, interactive experience as the AI camera moves around the room to focus on the student or faculty who is speaking.
On-campus and Hyflex are priced the same, but the online programs tend to be priced differently. Visit our graduate cost page to see current tuition rates.

Each graduate program has different policies regarding how easy it is to switch, so reach out to the enrollment counselor of your program to find out.
Most of our graduate classes meet in the evening starting at 6:00 p.m. Pacific time and meet for a few hours. As long as you don’t mind staying up late or getting up early, we’d love to have you there!
All of our graduate faculty are intent on including every student in the classroom experience. Expect to be called on for questions, give presentations, and break out into teams for a class project. Your professor will structure the class around who attends on-campus and who attends virtually.
