VSB to Offer 18-Month Fast-Track MBA Option
杏吧原版, Pa, March 11, 2024 鈥� The 杏吧原版 School of Business (VSB) will offer an 18-month accelerated MBA degree starting Fall 2024. The 鈥淔ast-Track鈥� MBA is designed for professionals who wish to advance their careers with an MBA through a shorter time period. The program鈥檚 hybrid format will consist of in-person courses at 杏吧原版鈥檚 Main Campus or Center City Philadelphia location as well as online.
David Anderson, PhD, associate professor, Management & Operations, recently coauthored an article, "A Better Way for Companies to Address Pay Gaps," for the Harvard Business Review. The article addresses why the most common approaches to closing pay gaps typically fall short and how using a structured approach will help companies not only address systematic biases, but also address the exact point of pay inequity in their salary structure.
